This group will help you reconnect with your true self and nurture your own needs just as brilliantly as you've always cared for others' - and that, in turn, will magnify your impact on the world.


Join and support other like-minded women in their journey of self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-care. Using action-based, structured strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), you will be guided in learning to care for yourself from the inside out - just as you've always deserved.  


Tuesdays at 11 AM or 5:30 PM CST

Break free from overeating and make peace with food.

If you look at how little kids interact with food, it's easy to see that we're born knowing how to eat when we're hungry and stop when we're full.  Somewhere along the road, however, that natural ability can get disrupted by false messages, yo-yo dieting, stigma, etc.  Thankfully, we now have proven treatments to help you regain control by harnessing those natural appetite regulation processes that you were born with.  They are still in there - you just need some guidance to reconnect to them. 


This group class will teach you the skills and provide the support you need to feel free and empowered with eating again - just like when you were a little kid.  

Now the question is, what are you going to do with all the time you save by no longer stressing over food?
