60-min intake evaluation: $175

45-min individual therapy session: $150

45-min consultation: $60​

Fees are self-pay.  Payments accepted include HSA, bank account transfer, and all major credit cards.  I am out-of-network with insurance.  Documentation for out-of-network insurance benefits (superbills) are provided upon request.
