I know what it's like to battle with food and weight every single day. 

I spent over half of my life obsessed with finding the "best" weight loss solutions and overcoming my "food addiction," and developed an eating disorder in the process. 

 

I became a personal trainer, obtained a Master's in Public Health, and got my PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology (with a research focus on weight loss and food addiction) to help others (and myself) find a long-term solution to weight and eating issues.  I gained a comprehensive skill-set, and I also realized that the solutions I learned in school were not yet complete.

 

It wasn't until I discovered how to make peace with food, myself, and with my body that the beautiful gift I had been seeking came; my body stopped holding onto excess weight.  The beauty and peace I finally felt inside manifested on the outside - without having to count calories, restrict, weigh myself, or punish myself at the gym.  Today, I am living my ideal life from the inside out - and I can teach you to do the same.
